[sims] Text font size in SIMS.net pupl details area

Wondered if anyone has had a similar problem with text font sizes when looking at pupil details. The text font size in basic details is large and clear but as you scroll to the registration area the font gets smaller and smaller until when you look at the upn filed it is very small and a completely different font. Capita suggested the obvious things about the display properties in Control Panel but we had already checked these. It is obviously a pc specific problem as no other pc in the school has this problem. The font also appears incorrectly when they run reports and you have to select fields, which are so small it is almost impossible to see. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks

I've not seen this problem myself but the first thing that comes to mind (after the display resolution) is the DPI settings on the machine, these articles will show you how to check/change the DPI:
