Windows XP Domain Login Shutdown Gradeout! on some Machines but not others...

Hi,

Were having a little trouble when upgrading a couple of laptops it wont let us click the ShutDown button on the LogOn Screen as it is Gradeout (See Image Below)

Its not set in GPO as it only does this on a few machines and we dont have many GPO's

I know it doesn't point to the cause of the issue but I had one machine that did this.

 

I modified the local GPO to Enable the "Allow system to be shut down without having to log on." policy under Security Options.
