Remove Open-Choose Default Program

As title, when users go to there home drives click on for example a powerpoint file then click the open button arrow then click choose default program, they can view the whole C: Drive even though it is hiden in Computer.

 

 

Any way to remove it?

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Open With

 

delete that registry entry. You can push this out using GPP if it needs doing on a lot of computers.
