Online remote backup solution

Hi Guys,

 

Could do with a bit of advice, we have a remote backup solution for a database (MySQL)

currently provided by connectdr, but resold through our co-location server host.

 

We have had an issue that caused the backup schedule to screw up at their end

causing the uploads to fail.

 

The big problem is their support is virtually non-existant

and that they are wanting us to give them remote admin access to a sensitive machine

with client data on. We cannot give them free reign on this server and they won't deal directly

with an end user.

 

Can anyone recommend a decent online backup provider to replace this useless bunch of £$%^wits?
