Leasing and specs

It's has recently been decided that my school wants to lease computers and sadly this job has fallen to me.

 

can anyone recomend any companies i have to get three quotes.

 

Also what graphics card and processor should i go for will I3's do for special needs school some of the programs we use are fairly heavy on resources.

 

I've also got to get laptops and two new servers. I've got a good idea of what i need but i really need to get this one right or my heads on the chopping block.

 

Any advice would be a life saver.
