Internal Server Error When Deleting Links

I can't delete the links which you've created as default to your email, whenever I try I get an error message saying there was an "internal server error" - the group names mean that they don't show up for anyone except me, however I'd still like to get rid of them if possible.

Look under the app_data folder and edit the hapconfig.xml manually.

You should find the email entries in this file.
