IEP Writer NOT picking up fields from SIMS

Recently started using IEPWriter (V3) again after a few years and my SENCO is telling me that the IEP is not picking up Form Tutor and Support Teacher from SIMS.

 

I have read the IEP manual and it states that these 2 items come from Registration Tutor and Linked Adults (Special Needs Ind Support). I have made sure that the Student has a Tutor named and has an adult linked for Special Needs Ind Support in the right places in SIMS but IEP just wont pick them up.

It picks up tutor group,Year and Name no problems.

 

Anyone any ideas ?

BTW we use Vertical Tutoring but not sure that has any bearing on the fields.

Please check in IEP Writer the following:-

 

Tools | Options | Program Options tab

 

make sure that Use Special Captions File is set to Yes (bottom right hand corner)

 

You will probably have to close IEP Writer and re-open it again for the change to take affect.
