HP LaserJet 2430N Offline

I just set up a refurbished HP Laserjet 2430 and everything looks fine except it says it is offline. I set it up exactly like the other one and it has a new card and additional memory. I can print a test page from the printer menu but not from my computer. It is probably something simple that I am overlooking but it is driving me crazy and my IT supervisor won't be in for a few more hours. Please help!!! and yes I removed it and added it back, updated drivers and ran a troubleshooting program with no luck. Check the network cable. There's a moderate chance one of the pins at either the printer end or the switch end isn't making a good connection.

Disable SNMP under printer properties... It may be the cause...
