Logo creation or help!

I know this is a very long shot but i have a picture of my dog with some glasses on, (see below ) what i was wondering is if some one with far more supieror photoshop skills could turn this into a logo of some sort for my website. If not as it would be for a personal website (that i would credit who ever done it on) would anyone be willing to share any skills to help me turn this into a logo.
