[ipad] Good for adding narration to movie

JFI - I just found another "real" use for an Ipad - I needed for pupils to narrate the video of their trip to the fire station.

 

I tried last week using Win XP Movie Maker but the result was hard work and took a lot of effort.

 

I used the Ipad IMovie this week and its so easy to use (once I'd imported the videos) that I just let the Y2 pupils press the buttons themselves - it might even be easy enough to let the Y2 teacher try it next time

 

If they'd used the Ipad itself as the camera, then the whole process would have been trivial.

PS Don't get me wrong - getting external video into the pad was a nightmare (Eventually did it by syncing "photos" and including videos from a folder ??????)

 

If anyone has an easy way to get them in, please let me know
