gshaw Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 One of our tutors is running classes with DSLR cameras, large capacity memory cards and high-res images. This year we've noticed some of the images are getting corrupted in Windows Photo and Fax Viewer, with grey bars across the centre. It seems to happen if the window isn't maximised, although in some cases it happens regardless. The students are viewing the images directly from camera \ memory card reader Have thought of possible causes... - AV scanning large amounts of files causing access issues - update to graphics driver causing issues (ATi so wouldn't surprise me there) - Windows viewer unable to cope with very hi-res images and large amounts of them Just wondering if anyone experienced similar issues on XP?
