ancient RM storebox - classes have disappeared!

urgh - I am all too aware that this is a defunct product, and that RM stopped supporting it ages ago, but has anyone ever seen this problem?

 

On all of the RM window box laptops, the classes have been disappearing from classmate manager. When I log onto a laptop as `manager' and then go to open classmate manger, it comes up with an error saying `unable to load classes', and from then on, classmate is blank. This has happened on every laptop I have logged onto so far.

When you log on as pupil, no classes are showing... I have restarted everything - storebox, ssmaster etc... I am totally stumped as to what I need to do next.

 

Can someone help me?
