Hi guys,

 

Is there a way to customise a live@edu sign in page so that users don't need to add @schoolname.com?

 

How have you configured signing in at your school? I'm open to suggestions, but I think the school here would like users to add their username and password to the sign in for another layer of security, as opposed to single sign on.

 

I've requested a CNAME change so that users can use mail.schoolname.com as opposed to outlook.com.

No. Unfortunately you cannot customise outlook.com in any way. You can build a SSO portal that users log into that could take care of this, though.

Where do I build the SSO portal?

It's something you build, and host, locally. Users log into that portal and are SSO'd to Live@edu.
