Easy way to see how many computers a GPO is applied to?

Any easy way to see this?

Example,

Say I have a computer config gpo applied to an OU with 10 computers in. Is there an easy way to see which computers have picked up this gpo and which haven’t?

I know I can run around the computers and see which gpo's have applied, but thinking there must be some sort of report system I can run centrally from the server?

Have you tried using Group Policy Management Console? It includes a Group policy results wizard which can be run against local or remote machines.

A starting point could be something like -- wmic /node:remote-machine-name product list brief
