Exchange 2007 OWA picture/url signature

I've created a signature in OWA 2007 with a link to a logo on one of our servers when creating a new message the signature shows up perfectly but when replying to any message HTML or Plain text the picture comes up as a red cross?

save that logo somewhere in web probably http:\\http://www.yourcompany.com\emailsign\logo.jpg

 

now in transport rules create a html signature

 

for eg:

 

Miss Jane Doe

 

Manager
