Looks like access permissions on that website are incorrect.

I think I know what you're after even without the picture.

 

Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Security Features > Add-on Management

 

The setting you want to configure is Add-on List

 

You'll need a list of the CLSIDs of the add-ons you want to allow/disallow. To get these, open Manage add-ons in IE and click the More information link for each one:

Click the Copy but6ton to copy all the details to the clipboard, then paste to Notepad and re-copy just the Class ID.

 

Now go to the GPO setting, set it to Enabled, and click Show. Add each CLSID into Value name, with 1 to enable or 0 to disable in the Value.
