enjay Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Anyone know how to configure the installer for Flash 10.3 so it doesn't have the auto updater enabled? I could dive into the MSI, but I was hoping there might be a nice configuration utility like there is for Reader...
Michael Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Why would you not want it to auto update? You could try opening it with Orca.

enjay Posted September 30, 2011 Author Posted September 30, 2011 You can use Adobe Customization Wizard X That's just for Reader and Acrobat, not Flash Player.
jtotheb Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 I don't know about doing it via by the MSI but it can be done with a config file. Create mms.cfg in windows\system32\macromed\flash\ containing the line AutoUpdateDisable=1

Create mms.cfg in windows\system32\macromed\flash\ containing the line AutoUpdateDisable=1 That would work - I could deploy that via a separate script or MSI. Thanks.
