A full-time temporary position is available for a Network Administrator to join our small team working across both our Junior and Senior Girls’ Schools.​ The successful candidate will provide network and systems administration, hardware maintenance and technical support to over 200 staff and 1000 pupils.​

 

 

 

We are looking for a minimum of two years’ network management experience with proven knowledge of Windows 2008 R2 Servers, XP Windows 7 Desktops, as well as the ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.​ This position will be vital to the running of the schools, so applicants should be professional with a helpful attitude and have the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and pupils.​ Experience of managing the following technologies would be beneficial but not essential; Capita SIMS, Cisco networking,

 

Exchange 2010, VMWare and Ranger for Networks.​

 

This post is full time, 37.​5 hours per week and is a fixed term contract until 30th April 2012 with the possibility of an extension.​ The salary range for the post is £25,600 - £29,900 p.​a.​
