Remote APP

I am trying to get RD web accsess working, I have set a remote app server up installed IIS, put in the details in DNS but I get a error

 

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Any help on this would be great.

Can you get to /RDWeb/Pages/en-US/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=default.aspx or just /RDWeb/Pages/en-US/login.aspx ?
