Powerpoint Problems

Having recently upgraded to Office 2010 we are having afew teething problem.

 

Whilst most have been ironed out one issue with Powerpoint is still lingering.

 

Kids cant embed youtube videos! admins and teacher accounts can but students cant.

 

I have googled tutorials incase i was doing it wrong but was only proved to be doing it right!

 

we get the error 'powerpoint cannot insert a video from this embed code'.

 

when embeding the same video (using the same code) as an admin user it works.

 

any ideas?

This problem is to do with permissions, so RM CC4 probably is to blame. I would take a look at your Software Restriction Policies or log a call with RM and see what they suggest.
