On The Hub Registration & Open Uni

Hi all,

 

I've asked at the OU forums (not very active...) and emailed On The Hub (Student Discount Software ? Academic Discount Software | OnTheHub) but haven't had a reply yet [and I'm impatient].

 

As I know a few of you have used the OU, I wondered if any of you had managed to register successfully at the site? They're giving away VMWare 7 and Windows 7 Pro to OU students according to their website, and I'd quite like my freebies if possible! However, when I try to register, I'm told I have already been registered and just need to enter my OU email address to validate, but it fails.
