Black Screen after XP Logo

Hi,

Got a Dell dimension from a client at the moment. When you load it it gets to XP logo screen then goes to a black screen and doesn't load.

Tried VGA mode thats the same. Plugged into onboard graphics thats the same.

 

Safe mode works fine.

 

Tried system restore no luck. Tried XP repair no luck Any other ideas ?
