Word doc to flash paper problems

installed 30 brand new machines with the same image over Easter. One pupil tried to print to flashpaper on a machine and it just hung half way through. Logged on as admin on the same machine, same problem. Tried another machine, no problem, either for her or admin. has anyone come across this?

 

*EDIT* should add that the 30 were part of a larger order and we didn't image the machines ourselves, just created the original image which the company rolled out for us before delivery.

I know what the problem is, the flash paper printer isn’t set to the flash paper port. For some reason it likes to change its self. I think it has something to do with when another user logs on it installs a new printer. Right click the printer > properties > ports and select the right port.
