(Conditional?) Pagebreak in Word (2010) from Excel (2010) Source

Hi, I want to insert a pagebreak in a mailmerge.

 

I am trying to print out class lists, and can do it if I manually filter the classes one at a time, but it's very slow. I'd just like to be able to fire-and-forget.

 

 

You can see from the embedded image, that the class name changes. At the point where it changes, I want to be able to insert, or force, an automatic pagebreak.

 

For the life of me, I have not been able to find a way of doing this.

 

Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem recently and I couldn't find a way to do it either. I ended up importing the data into Access and building a report instead, which does allow you to group on particular fields and have a page break between them.

Thanks for that, I was hoping to avoid Access having had my fill of it in an HND. I suppose it makes sense though - I'll have to bite the bullet, it'll pay off in terms of time-saving in the long-run I suppose.
