Smart Notebook Installation Error 1613

Hi all,

 

We have installed new smartboards SB680 in our school. I have done with the driver installation of smartboard but when I install smart notebook software from the CD or even download the file from internet, it gives me an error during the installation:

 

The installation did not succeed Exit Code 1613.

 

Can someone please help me why do I get this messege. It's very annoying when same thing happens again and again.
