Trapper Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Does anyone have any recommendations for wireless headphones? I'd need 10 in close proximity. Sadly the spec of the PCs isn't great (Celeron 2GHz - 256MB RAM), but my students keep destroying corded headphones (5+ sets per week), so something needs to give!
K.C.Leblanc Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Do you seriously think wireless ones will fair any better. They will either be swapped around or disappear completely. It's quite clear there's a problem with supervision of students, you need to be talking to management about how the room is managed.
plexer Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 10 sets of wireless headphones in one room probably won't even work from an interference point of view. Better management of the room/students providing their own is needed if they continue to require audio output. Ben
broc Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 I think you would be lucky to get wireless headphones with enough channels to keep them seperate. Buy cheap corded ones from somewhere like CPC-Farnell at 70p or less a set, at that price they are almost disposable.
