localzuk Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 We have a Samsung OfficeServ 7400 phone system in here, and one of the features they used before I arrived via an old (non-existing now) email system was voicemail email notification. They want me to set this up again, but I have no knowledge of the system, and the supplier couldn't really help either. Does anyone have any ideas where I would look to go in and set this up?
plexer Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 I assume it has a SVMi-20E card fitted for the voicemail? Not that I know anymore than that but that's where that functionality is acheived from so any settings to do with that? We have the office serv 500 but it's managed by the telecoms company themselves I may be able to email them and ask. Ben
