Wireless Router Settings

Hi All,

 

I am IT technician at the school in London and m kinda new to this forum and seek your advice and help in setting up netgear wireless router at the school. Our School is running LGFL broadband and firewall services and whenever I configure a new router and type in the IP address of the router interface(192.168.0.1), it gives me error that no internet access or check firewall settings. And it also tells me the that firewall is running proxy "proxy.equinoxsolutions.com"

 

The problem is with all the new routers which I am configuring but there are already router installed and running in the school with configured settings (user name and password).

 

Can anyone tell me how can I configure new routers with new user name and security keys on them.

I think you need to add static routes to your router. Also check what ports are blocked
