Diello Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 (edited) I've received this a few times today... ...whilst loading various threads, a refresh or two and it loads correctly. Rather intermittant, never seen it prior to today. Just an FYI in case it's a potential larger issue. Edited September 6, 2011 by ZeroHour
ZeroHour Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Yeh the data center we use had one if its backbone fibres cut by a digger... Out of interest do you see the top yellow box with info? Note: We are experiencing some network issues at the data centre we use. They have had a backbone fibre failure. Further update: It appears one of the backbone fibres has been cut through by a digger. They expect to have it repaired later tonight. We will update the EduGeek Twitter with more information as it arrives. If you have connection issues please try refreshing. ZeroHour
mac_shinobi Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Good to know - every time I try to go to a page it takes a while to load the page, presume this is the same thing ref having the fibre chopped by said digger and its a work in progress
ZeroHour Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Just to confirm, you do both see the yellow box with the information underneath the main menu bar?
ZeroHour Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 The fibre has been repaired so we should be pretty much back to normal now. Please post if you get that error again. Cheers 1
