Recommendations for a budget GFX card

Im looking at replaceing my current GFX card which is very old and become very noisey i dont do gaming on the PC but the missus plays sims, I do some graphics bits with photoshop ect... i have a budget of £50 i no its not alot but what would people reccomend? ATI or NVida whats best to look for spec wise ect...

Would probably say best bet is an ATI HD6570 - pretty much spot on with budget, power efficient and generally decent. Anything nVidia in that price range is *still* a rebadged 8800 series.
