parentmail not working with ie

We have a strange issue with regards to parentmail when we try to print off all students (1115 students) requiring paper ie8 freezes try with a smaller group prints fine.works with fine firefox

Has anyone encountered this before were you able to fix without using a different browser (end user is snowed under and wouldnot to keep telling them to use another browser for just 1 job)

 

Trying with ie7

I have contacted parentmail to seek advice
