Proxy for live streaming

Can anyone tell me,how to use a proxy to watch live matches or you need to install a software for it, cos I did that on online straming and it doesn't work, the only live streaming that works is ustream

First off, If you need to use a proxy you probably aren't entitled to see it in the first place. Secondly , This is a forum for IT professionals in Education... There are more relevant forums out there for things like this.
