[ms office - 2010] Outlook producing Greek subject line

Bit of an odd one ...

 

A member of staff's Outlook is converting the subject line on emails to Greek (or at least part of the subject line) to Greek text.

 

The body of the email, and every email within the inbox is fine. Just the subject line is changed.

 

We've had a quick look on ole faithful (Google), and have yet to find anyone mentioning a different language for the subject line.

 

An example from an out of office reply:

"Αυτόματη απάντηση: hello"

This suggests the sent message was in plain text, as it should, but the returned subject has been changed.
