[ms office - 2010] Deploy Custom Quick Access Menu

Does anybody know an easy way to do this?

 

I can customize then export the options from inside word excel etc but not sure how to deploy them?

 

Anybody any Ideas?

Not done it myself, but looking through MSDN I did find this and it doesn't look too complicated...

Looks like you can do a deployment through a GPO that places a file in a location on the local machine etc...
