techyphil Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 The other day we came across a students profile located on the servers c:\Documents and Settings inside is the NTUSER.dat >> how on earth did that get there?? Another user has also recently popped up... Any ideas? Thanks for your help people

Another user has also recently popped up... Any ideas? Thanks for your help people Domain users can log into member servers or else normal users wouldn't be able to log interminal servers. Make sure staff and student accounts are denied interactive login permission to no terminal servers. If you see a student profile on the D&S folder of a domain controller then you've been owned :!:
