CAM Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 I had Harlequins infesting my office window in spring. BBC News - How to spot British ladybirds
Guest Guest Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 Only really get British ones round here. They must know us Northerners aren't too keen on outsiders
elsiegee40 Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 We had dozens of ladybirds in school this spring... if not hundreds... just about every pattern you can think of. Our main building is very old and they seem have got in through the gaps in the sash windows and over-wintered in nooks and crannies in the school office and staff room. We knew we had a few; it was only when the weather warmed up and they became active that we realised how many there were! We spent ages throwing them outside!
Trapper Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 We get Harlequinns at home. The missus smushes 'em good!
