Advise on the following error?

I've just installed HAP+ this morning, but have the following issue when I try to use the silverlight version of the My Computer. I suspect its an issue with Silverlight but perhaps you can tell me?

 

I had trouble with the HAP+ Config Tool.exe, which kept crashing, so ended up editing the conf file myself. So it could something I've missed?

Thanks Nick. I was ready to come into work this morning and say "I've tried that". But then, I realised my school boy error. Port 443 blocked by firewall! I'm so stupid.
