non midi sound through midi

ok heres one for you all..

 

got music room which have midi cables going to keyboard and keyboard system runs into central manage point at front of class so teacher can hear any of keyboards redirect any of keyboards so others can hear it.

 

redirect his keyboard...

 

Right has got some non midi software is there anyway to redirect through the midi so it can be heard via keyboard or something

 

he is ask as otherwise means buying two headphones per station and thea means we then have 4 headphones per station.
