VLAN Question

Hi,

 

Hope you can help me.

 

I am running a default VLAN for my main data network and an extra VLAN (VLAN2) for my IP phone system.

 

In order for me to get support from our phone provider, they can only provide me remote access via log me in.

 

The problem being, is that VALN2 does not have internet access.....

 

I have tried plugging an ethernet cable (running VALN2) into laptop and then using default VLAN connected view a wireless connection to my laptop, but this still does not provide me with Internet access or access to other parts of the network (apart from the phone system).

 

Please HELP - Is their I way for me to tag a specifc port on a switch to provide access to both VLANS, so I can provide them remote access via my laptop!
