Symantec Ghost Solution Suite 2.0

Hi,

 

There is a problem with the Network Boot Disk Creation Wizard in Ghost Solution Suite 2.0 that means it always has an error if you try to create a RIS Menu Option.

 

Has anyone come up to this and rung Technical Support about it? Apparantly they will just send you an updated Boot Disk Creation bit and that will fix it. Unfortunately I haven't paid for the Support so they won't even talk to me

Sorry are you telling me there is a fundamental issue with some software and they don't want to know about it?

Pretty much yes.

Maybe I should ring back up and not be fobbed off with the now support contract thing?
