REGEDIT Query

Hi

Is it possible to run a REGEDIT /S S:\changeregistryentry.reg command before a user logs in. I usually put things like this in a batch file and make it part of the log in script but on this occasion it's to do with an MSI installation and I need the change to the registry entry making before the MSI kicks in. Can you capture this in an MSI instead and simply install it before?
