Indeed it is, although I had heard it was for "at risk" employees only... might have to give them a call about this one

I'd love this job, however my chances may be slim, as I know that there is another person who is well liked over there, if they go for it I'm 99% certain they'll get it.

 

That's if they can apply at all - "at risk" staff are those that are being made redundant, they get first refusal on any job going within the realms of the LA that they're qualified for, and certain jobs (as I heard this one was) are only open to these at risk staff. Although that was word of mouth, and it doesn't mention it anywhere on the webpage, so I think I'll call them
