IP Address Tracking Software?

Hi,

 

I was wondering if someone can help. Once someone on here posted a free bit of software that will scan an IP range of a network and report back what device has what IP.

 

You can install it as a service.

 

I think the interface was orange...

 

Does anyone know what it is please?

Sorry just got back on track with this. The one i am looking for will allow you to install it as a service and it will run in the background. I dont think the above 2 can.
