Hi all,

I am trying to connect your Canon iR5055 to the network so that we can do printing to it, but i am being quite unsuccessful.

I have gone to the photocopier and allowed HTTP traffic and given it a static IP, i have made sure RAW is enabled.

I can connect fine to the photocopier in windows 2003 and i have downloaded the PCL6 driver and installed them, i have also tried the UHF II drivers

after adding the printer i am able to use the Device Details button in the properties to get the device information but i cannot print to it.

anyone have any ideas what else i can try?

yes i have restarted the photocopier, and no we dont

Edit:

canon man has been as it appears as my photocopier doesnt have a n at the end its not network ready, eh also checked the boot and it was only a C.

so i did everything right its just not got the software side on the photocopier, we can have it added for a only £508.....
