Car sharing website

[mark100]

Hi,

After looking at all the commercial website (Welcome to liftshare.com » {The world's best journey matching, liftshare, car share, ride share system}, etc..) out there and getting quotes for a car sharing scheme, our senior managers decided it was too expensive and have asked me to create our own website, but has been a good few years since i looked at sql/database and website creation.

Has anyone got any ideas where to start? i think we'd be looking for a log on page, a page where they can enter there journey details and some sort of search.

Any help would be great cheers.
