Outlook 2007 randomly deleting emails - Any ideas welcome

When a meember of staff deletes an email randomly (no pattern to it) it deletes the one below, yes they are still in the deleted items bin but this is not a solution. I have set outlook to make sure it asks are you sure before deleting but it seems sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt. I thought she was maybe double clicking at first but I cant replicate the problem under other profiles doing this. Any help or ideas much appreciated

1. Have you tried to beuild a new MAPI profile for the users and tested?

2. Are the email groups together in a view where they are being deleted?

3. Is is always, one email below that gets deleted?
