Prevent IE Launching from Office Help

Despite IE being in the non allowed list of apps to run for our exam logins you can still launch it through Word 2010 help by clicking on office.com links.

I can still prevent Internet access buy other means but is there a way of preventing IE from running even when called from Office Help??
