cant install exchange sp2 on clustered mailbox server

ok so i upgrade the exchange 2007 to sp2 on the Ca, Ht servers

then on the passive node no problem

now when i try to fail the cluster over to upgrade the active node i get

 

error id 5018 (0000139a)

 

any ideas ?
