Our School is still using paper records which tend to not be accurate and always have to be queried. We used to use an intranet based web app called Incorpex back in 2003 which was brilliant but for some mad reason the school decided not to use it and it doesn't appear to be available now. We use E1 and Fronter but I don't think these have the ability to record staff annual leave. Can any one recommend anything, ideally i would like certain staff (HR, Line Manager, Head) to have to use it to authorise anything. Thanks, Michael Edited April 2, 2011 by linkazoid

SpuffMonkey Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 For the staff in my department I have an Excel year planner spreadsheet - but the school is on paper and frankly doesn't have a "dolly blue" about who's taken what.

It was used in my previous organisation and when I left I also suggested using it with my current employer. The thing is it gives you all you need and is very flexible.
