[ms office - 2010] Office 2010 Clipart online

Hi all,

just wondering if anyone has experienced any problems with office 2010 clipart. We run through an Internet explorer proxy server and the url that office uses to search online just doesn't seem to work. Iv added exceptions into the internet explorer list for microsoft.com but it just doesn't seem to be searching online at all.

 

It seems to struggle with the IP address 65.55.69.140

 

Its been a problem for a while now and its really starting to bug me. Any help would be muchly appreciated.

Bit of a necro, but I just came across this myself, and someone else might find it handy...

 

To get clipart working, you need to unblock both officeimage.microsoft.com (to allow the clipart itself) and officeimg.vo.msecnd.net (to allow the clipart preview in the sidebar). You may need to do it in a way that circumvents NTLM authentication if you're using a Smoothwall - I am, and I assumed it would have problems with it, so I just dropped it in an NTLM exceptions list anyway and now it works for me.
